We do not send recurring promotional or marketing message blasts. Typical message frequency is 1–4 messages per interaction.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US wireless carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider. Agent Ally is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of messages caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions.

Age Restriction
