Agent Ally was founded by Lisa Marshall — a Spartanburg-based operational professional with over 25 years of experience managing complex, multi-party projects for demanding clients across industries including marketing consulting, corporate communications, and healthcare.

Before founding Agent Ally, Lisa served as Division Director at Priority Metrics Group — a global marketing consulting firm — where she oversaw three operating divisions, managed CRM systems, designed SOPs, and led teams of up to 50 people delivering precision-driven results for clients including Milliken, GE, Siemens, and Novartis. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades at Sonoco Products Company — a $5B global manufacturer — managing corporate events, vendor relationships, and internal operations at an international scale.
